介绍了六西格玛管理的发展、内涵及其在中外金融业的应用状况,提出在我国商业银行中实施六西格玛管理的建议。
This paper introduces the development and connotation of six sigma management and its applicat domestic and foreign financial industry, and advances some suggestions on implementing the six sigma managem Chinese commercial banks.
