以某电信公司的增值业务为研究对象,通过对提取数据进行聚类分析做出客户细分,并对此进行了评价。
Taking the value-added service of a certain telecom company as the study object, this paper makes the customer segmentation through the clustering analysis on the extracted data, and makes the evaluation on it.
