阐述了企业动态能力的理论内涵,从知识管理的角度对企业如何培育动态能力进行了探讨,并提出基于知识管理的企业动态能力演化模型。
This paper expounds the theoretical connotation of the dynamic capability of enterprise, probes into how to cultivate the dynamic capability of enterprise from the angle of the knowledge management, and puts forward the evolution model of the dynamic capability of enterprise based on the knowledge management.
