摘要
人性化管理服务是近年来众多作为学术性服务机构的图书馆所追求的宗旨。分析了电子阅览室人性化管理的内涵与意义,重点论述了人文关怀在电子阅览室管理与服务中的具体体现。
Humanized management and service are the tenet to many libraries as academic service organization in recent years. This paper analyzes on the connotation and significance of humanized management and service in e-reading room, and emphases on the embodiment of the humanization in the management and service of e-reading room.
