上郊水库大坝安全鉴定及除险加固措施

The Safety Identification of and Reinforcing and Danger-removing Measures for the Dam of the Shangjiao Reservoir

针对上郊水库存在的主要质量问题,结合水利部的有关精神和要求,提出了相应的安全鉴定项目以及除险加固措施。

In the light of the main quality problems existing in the Shangjiao Reservoir, and connecting with the related spirits and requirements of the Ministry of Water Conversancy, this paper advances some corresponding items of the safety identification and measures for danger removing and reinforcing.
