索穹顶结构多种预应力张拉施工方法的全过程分析 被引量:21

摘要 索穹顶结构的预应力张拉施工成形过程分析一直是国内外学者研究的热点和难点.本文结合国外已有工程预应力张拉施工方法和国内相关研究成果介绍,以一跨度为122m的索穹顶结构为例,提出了包括逐圈斜索张拉法、仅外圈斜索张拉法、逐圈竖杆顶压法、仅外圈竖杆顶压法、逐圈环索张拉法、仅外圈环索张拉法、逐圈斜索原长安装法等七种预应力张拉施工方法,并采用动力松弛法对采用各种预应力张拉施工方法进行施工模拟全过程分析,为实际索穹顶结构工程的张拉施工提供理论依据和技术支持. Construction analysis of cable-dome structures is the research hotspot and difficulty to scholars. In this paper construction analysis of a cable dome with a diameter of 122m was conducted. Several construction schemes such as pretensioning the diagonal cables from outer to inner, only pretensioning the outer diagonal cable, adjusting the length of struts from outer to inner, only adjusting the length of the outer strut, pretensioning the cable hoops from outer to inner, only pretensioning the outer cable hoop, and installing the diagonal cables with the original length from outer to inner were provided. Construction process was simulated based on the dynamic relaxation method. The results of research indicate that the designed form of the cable dome can be obtained successfully according to the proposed construction schemes.
