摘要
结合马钢CSP生产的特点,探讨了用火花源原子发射光谱在线进行钢中微量钙和硼的试验研究。通过优化试样加工工艺、分析条件,实现了钢中微量钙和硼的在线分析。分析结果表明,该方法不仅能快速准确分析微量钙和硼,而且能同时分析C、Si、Mn、P和S等常规元素,适合炉前快速分析。
This paper unites CSP production characteristic of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. LTD and discusses the experimental study about analysis of micro calcium and boron in the steel with the spark source atomatic emission Spectrometry. Through the optimized testing samples processing craft, the analysis condition, have realized the micro calcium and the boron in the steel on-line analysis. The analysis result indicated that this method not only can the fast accurate analysis micro calcium and the boron, but also can at the same time analyze conventional element and so on the C, Si, Mn, P and S, suits in front of the stove the fast analysis.
