化学复合镀Ni-P-UFD的工艺研究

摘要 采用Ni-P化学镀技术,以爆轰合成超微金刚石(UFD)为复合添加材料,研究了温度、pH值及搅拌方式对Ni-P-UFD化学复合镀镀速和镀层中UFD含量的影响。通过扫描电镜、显微硬度计和磨损试验机对镀层形貌及性能进行了表征。结果表明:Ni-P-UFD化学复合镀最佳反应温度为95℃,最佳pH值为5~6,注射搅拌可有效提高复合镀层中UFD含量;通过添加UFD粒子,Ni-P-UFD复合镀层显微硬度可提高5.6%,镀层磨损率可降低近80%。 Synthesizing ultrafine diamond (UFD) through explosive detonation is added in electroless Ni-P deposit, and the effect of alteration of temperature, pH value and stirring mode on composite depositting speed and the content of UFD in composite deposit are studied. The pattern and performance of Ni-P-UFD composite deposit is characterized through SEM, microhardness tester and wear tester. The results show that the optimum temperature and pH value are 95℃ and 5-6 respectively The microhardness of composite deposit is increased by 5.6 percent and the content of UFD in the deposit is increased effectively through the using of extrudable stirring, while the abradability is reduced by 80 percent through the adding of UFD.
