摘要
提出了锌冶炼企业原料配料系统的优化方法,并引入了狭义配料和广义配料两个概念。建立数学模型探讨配料及其采购过程中成本最优问题,对生产的配料和采购过程成本进行初步约束,并进行结果分析和经济效益分析,实现配料向质量成本和采购成本最优的方向运行。
The paper proposes the method for optimizing feed proportioning system of the zinc smelting plants and introduces two new concepts, i.e. proportioning in a narrow sense and proportioning in a broad sense; it presents a mathematical model established for optimizing the costs arising from the feed proportioning and purchasing; and the model is also used for analyzing the proportioning results and economic benefit so as to enable the feed proportioning to be performed at optimal costs in both quality and purchasing.
