On the Gain and Loss of the "Panchen Problem" Conducted by Kuomintang Government

1923年冬,九世班禅离开西藏,东来15年。九世班禅积极与国民政府联系,为西藏问题的解决做了诸多贡献。国民政府借班禅大师东来的机会,加快解决西藏问题的步伐,为维护国家统一做出了努力,但在一些具体问题上也存在一定的失误。

The 9th Panchen came to the east 15 years ago in the winter of the year 1923.He contacted actively with the Kuomintang government contributing a lot in solving the Tibet problem.Taking advantage of this opportunity,the Kuomintang government accelerated the pace of solving the Tibet problem and took efforts for our country's unification.Meanwhile,there were still some faults as well in some concrete problems.
