摘要
以工业原料配料,在实验室研究了TiO2对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料煅烧、矿物形成及水泥性能的影响。结果表明,(1)对于含C3S较高的熟料,w(TiO2)<1%时,TiO2有利于熟料的烧结,改善生料的易烧性,促进f-CaO的吸收,促进C3S及C4A3S两种主要矿物的形成;当TiO2含量超过1%时,f-CaO升高,C3S及C4A3S的形成量降低。(2)掺入1%TiO2时,可提高水泥各龄期强度;当TiO2含量超过1%时,会显著延长水泥的凝结时间。
The influence of TiO2 on the burnability and mineral formation and properties of alite- sulphoaluminate cement is studied in this article. Results show that when the TiO2 content is less than 1%, the TiO2 can improve the burnability of raw mix and accelerate the absorption off-CaO, promote the formation of C3S and C4A3S^-, but when the content is higher than 1%, the content off-CaO will increase and the formation of C3S and C4A3S^- will decrease; and if the adding content of TiO2 is 1%, it will increase all age strength of the cement and if the content of TiO2 goes beyond 1%, the setting time of the cement will be prolonged.
