边缘传动磨机传动装置振动问题的解决措施

摘要 边缘传动的φ2.4m×12m水泥磨机,由于大小齿轮齿面严重磨损(磨损量达5mm之多),导致传动装置剧烈振动(大齿轮径向跳动2.04mm,端面跳动0.65mm),造成设备部件损坏停机。对此,通过采取科学合理的方法进行了全面检修,并采用调整(增大)大小齿轮齿顶间隙(由原来的6或8mm调整为12mm)的方法,解决了该磨机传动装置多年来所存在的振动问题。调整后的联轴器径向跳动在垂直和水平方向均达到了0.2mm;轴向跳动在垂直方向达到了0.1mm,水平方向达到了0.2mm,符合设计要求,取得了良好的实际效果。 The φ2.4 m× 12 m edge-transmission mill broke clown clue to severe gearing vibration caused by serious abrasion in surface of the rack wheel and pinion, the rack wheel radial swing was 2.04 mm and its horizontal swing was 0.65 mm, the gear surface abrasion depth reached 5 mm. Therefore, all-round examine and repair was carried out, the clearance between the rack wheel and the pinion was increased from 6 mm or 8mm to now 12mm, and the long-term vibration of the gear was removed. After the adjustment, the gear radial swing is 0.1 mm and the horizontal swing is 0.2 mm, all that is up to the design requirements, the practical effect is favorable.
