摘要
黄河上游梯级水库水电站群承担发电、灌溉、防洪、防凌等任务,是目前国内综合利用要求最多的梯级水电站群。本文针对该系统的特殊要求,建立了含有水位、流量和出力等式约束的梯级优化调度模型,目标函数为兼顾保证出力要求的发电量最大,采用约束惩罚法将等式约束转化为目标函数的一部分,然后应用DP-DDDP组合算法求解。研究表明,这种方法可以有效地求解具有复杂、多变约束条件的长期联合优化调度模型。
The cascade hydropower reservoirs which are located in the upstream of Yellow River, have been designed for many purposes, such as power generation, irrigation, flood control, ice prevention, and navigation etc. To solve the special demands of this system, this paper has put forward an optimal operation model with constraints of the water level, release and output. The objective function is to maximize the whole power generation of the system on the basis of achieving the guaranteed output and changing the constraints into a part of objective function by using penalty function method, then applying DP and DDDP for calculation. It is shown that this algorithm can effectively solve the long-term optimal joint operation model with complicated and various constraints.
