摘要
冲击式水电站机组甩负荷时,由于电站引水道长,为了减小系统最大压力上升,针阀关闭时间较长,而为了避免机组转速上升过高,在喷嘴后设置折向板以截断水流,在过渡过程计算中对针阀前管道和机组需要用不同的流量计算,本文分析了冲击式水轮机与常规混流式水轮机运行的不同,建立了冲击式水电站折向板关闭时的计算数值模型,并用该模型对一冲击式电站进行了过渡过程计算。
Because of the long pipe in the hydropower station with impulse water turbine, the needle valve is closed slowly to avoid the large pressure and the deflector is closed slowly to avoid the high runner speed. In the transient simulation, the discharge in the runner is different from the needle valve. In this paper, the impulse water turbine is compared with the Francis turbine and the computation model is made for the impulse water turbine when the deflector is closed. Transient simulation program have been developed based on this model and put into practice of the transient simulation of various operating conditions in the hydropower station with impulse water turbine.Satisfying computation results are gotten from the transient simulation.
