摘要
对以F型π桥液阻网络为先导控制回路的溢流阀稳定性进行了理论与试验研究,建立了F型π桥溢流阀动态数学方程,应用劳斯稳定性判据对溢流阀稳定性进行了分析,得到了F型π桥溢流阀稳定的参数条件,理论分析结论与试验结果有良好的一致性,为F型π桥溢流阀的设计提供了理论根据。
The stability of relief valve with F-π bridge pilot hydraulic resistances network was analyzed theoretically. It shows that the stability of F-π relief valve is determined by pilot hydraulic resistance parameters, left and right areas of the pilot valve and pilot spring stiffness. In terms of Routh stability criterion, the stable criterion rule of F-π bridge relief valve was deduced. The experimental results indicates that theoretical value is in good agreement with the experimental result.
