摘要 研制了一种关节臂式坐标测量机多参数数据采集系统。在测量机的关节和臂身处分别设置由角度传感器、温度传感器、应变传感器以及单片机组成的智能传感器单元,各传感器单元由RS485总线进行连接,并通过RS485-USB接口与PC机进行通信。单片机完成各个传感器数据的采集并将数据上传到PC机;PC机程序由虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW完成,实现与单片机间的通信和数据处理,并通过动态链接库将坐标数据传送到标准三坐标测量软件POSCOM。实验表明,该测量系统能够很好地完成关节臂式坐标测量机的数据采集任务。 A multi-parameter data acquisition system for articulated arm CMM was developed. The intelligent sensor units, which consisted of angle sensors, temperature sensors, strain transducers and microcontroller,were set in each joint and arm. These units were connected through RS485 serial bus and communicated with PC by using a RS485-USB converter. The microcontrollers were used to sample the sensors' data and transmit them to PC. The PC program developed by LabVIEW, a powerful development environment for virtual instrument,was used to finish the work of communication with microcontrollers and data processing. Moreover, the DLL was used to transfer the coordinate parameters to standard CMM measuring software POSCOM. The experiments show that the data acquisition system works well.
