摘要
目的探讨基于CADRG1 201(China Adjusted DRG 1 201)病例组合方案处理海量数据分组及病例组合指数(CMI,Case MIX Index)计算的程序实现。方法利用结构化查询语言(SQL,Structured Query Language)及构建矩阵的方法实现大型数据集的分类与计算。结果通过对CADRG的专用软件CAHSTAT的设计,计算了1998年全国200所医院100余万条住院病人的病案首页数据,得到了各医院的CMI值。结论在计算机程序设计中,通过对分组设计及计算方法进行优化,提高了计算CMI的效率及准确性。
Objective To discuss program realization of mass data grouping an Case MIX Index (CMI) calculation with CADRG1 201 (China Adjusted DRG1 201 ) case mix plans. Methods Structure Query Language (SQL) and matrix construction were used to realize classification and calculation of large date sets. Results Data of the first page of medical recording of more than 1 million inpatients from 200 hospitals in 1998 were calculated by optimizing CAHSTAT, a special software for CADRG, and the CMI values of each hospital were obtained. Conclusion The efficiency and accuracy of CMI calculation can be improved through optimizing the classification design and calculating method in computer programming.
