关于公路养护工程设计取费标准的研究

A Study on Design Expenses Standard of Highway Maintenance Engineerings

针对目前我国公路养护工程设计取费只与养护工程费有关而不考虑各类养护工程的技术复杂程度的问题,借用了《工程勘察设计收费标准》中的设计取费思路,全面分析了养护工程中影响设计工作量大小的主要因素,并运用层次分析法确定了影响各类公路养护工程设计取费的工程复杂程度调整系数,从而为更合理地确定养护设计取费标准提供了理论参考。

In view of the shortages of the existent methods that highway maintenance design expenses orily connect with highway maintenance engineering cost, and on the basis of design expenses methods in ＂Project Reconnaissance and Design Expenses Standard＂, the main factors that influence the workload in highway maintenance design process are analyzed, the weight of each index in project complexity that influence the expenses by the method of AHP is obtained. Accordingly, it gives the reference to decide appropriate highway maintenance design expenses standard.
