摘要
北京作为中国服装产业39个产业集群之一,不仅要面对国内市场竞争,更要参与到国际市场竞争中去.随着北京提出建设“奥运北京,时装之都”的目标,北京服装产业的发展面临新的要求.这一目标的实现,必须与城市整体建设和发展规划相结合,必须从产业链中的高价值链环节入手来打造城市与产的业核心竞争力,其中设计与研发环节是关键所在.基于这样的产业环境与市场背景,本文对建设北京服装设计与研发中心的战略意义予以分析,并结合北京服装产业所具备的条件和产业特点,提出了建设设计与研发中心的具体策略和建议.
As one of thirty-nine industrial clusters of China, Beijing is facing the competition from domestic and international market, especially when it has made a plan to become world fashion center. The realization of the goal must be combined with the development and plan of Beijing, so Beijing must forge its core competitive ability in which the ability of R&D will be the key factor. Based on the above industrial environment and market background, in the paper the strategy significance of establishing Beijing clothing industry R&D center was clarified, the industrial characteristic and foundation of Beijing was analyzed, and the proposal details was put forward.
