摘要
以火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)为检测手段,探讨了微米凹凸棒土对Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附行为及影响吸附和解脱的主要因素,考察了共存离子的影响及凹凸棒土对Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附容量。在优化的实验条件下,实测了粮食样品红豆和绿豆中锌的含量,结果令人满意,加标回收率可达95%以上。本法的检出限为0.2 mg/L相对标准偏差RSD=2.4%(Zn(Ⅱ):0.20 mg/L,n=9)。
A new method was proposed for the determination of Zn( Ⅱ ) using attapulgite as the solid-phase extracting agent. The adsorption behavior of attapulgite towards Zn( Ⅱ) was investigated by FAAS. The Zn ( Ⅱ ) content in food samples was determined, with the recovery rate exceeding 95 %. The zinc detection limit was 0.2 mg/L and the relative standard deviation was 2.4% (for Zn( Ⅱ ) :0.20 mg/L, n = 9) .
