摘要 研究了Hβ分子筛催化1,4-丁二醇与环己酮的缩合生成新型七元环缩酮的反应,考察了反应时间、酮与醇的配比、催化剂用量、催化剂重复使用等因素对醛(酮)与醇缩合反应的影响。结果表明,当环己酮与1,4-丁二醇物质的量比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为2.5 g/1 mol醛(酮),反应2 h,转化率达85.3%,选择性达99.8%,表明Hβ分子筛对醛(酮)与醇的缩合反应有较好的催化性能。 The ketalization of eyelohexanone and 1,4-butanediol catalyzed by the Hβ zeolite was studied. Effects of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on the yield of ketal were studied. Results showed that the Hβ zeolite was an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of ketal. The best reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio between cyclohexanone and 1,4- butadiol was 1:1.5,the catalyst amount was 2.5 g/l tool of cyclohexanone, and the reaction time was 2 h. Under these conditions, the conversion was 99.8% and the selectivity was over 85.3%.
