摘要 基于鞭炮自动编织机的功能要求,介绍了运用Pro/E进行的虚拟设计和运动仿真。在建立了零部件的基础上,进行虚拟装配,通过自顶向下的装配方法,实现了鞭炮自动编织机的虚拟装配。仿真结果表明,所开发的虚拟样机,能加快产品的设计并为优化设计提供了可靠的依据。 According to working requirement of firecracker-braiding machine, a process of virtual design and motion simulation of the firecracker-braiding machine was introduced in Pro/Engineer. On the basis of establishing model of parts, the machine is assembled in virtual environment by using software Pro/Engineer. The virtual assembly of machine components is achieved by using from top to down. From simulation results, it accelerates the design and provides foundation for optimization design by exploitation virtual machine prototype.
