摘要
从实际生产出发,对链板淬火开裂问题做了理论分析。由应力与应变的关系可知:应力集中最为严重处必为应变最大处。用有限元分析软件对链板淬火过程应力集中及应变做了模拟分析,分析结果与实际相吻合。根据分析结果对产品结构进行了优化设计改进,并做了模拟分析与淬火试验,结果显示:优化产品结构是解决链板热处理淬火开裂问题的重要途径。
The authors commenced the article from actual production, did some theory analysis contrapose the break of plate in hardening process. With the relation of stress-strain shows that the point where the largest stress concentration in is the point where the largest strain in. The stress-strain contour of the plate in hardening process was simulation analyzed by finite element analysis software, the result of the analysis was consistent with the actual. According to the results of the analysis, the author optimized the product sttucture improvement, and did simulation analysis and hardening tests, It showed that optimize the product structure is the fundamental way to solve the break of the plate in hardening process.
