摘要
2050羟基丙烯酸树脂与混醚化的氨基树脂、潜催化剂KC等复配成的丙烯酸氨基涂料具有低温固化特性,该氨基涂料与一定比例的多异氰酸酯固化剂交联得到的双固化低温快速固化塑料涂料,配合对树脂溶解性好而且还具有一定挥发梯度的专用稀释剂,所得涂料施工性能优良、可低温固化、交联密度高、初始硬度高、涂膜综合性能优异,可大大提高塑料件喷涂的生产效率。
An acrylic melamine coatings, formulated with hydroxy acrylic resins 2050, etherified melamine and latent catalyst KC shows a good low temperature curing property, which is then mixed with a certain amount of polyisocyanate to form the title plastic coatings. By addition of appropriate thinner, which has good solubility for resins and certain degree of evaporation gradient, an excellent application property can be achieved, improving dramatically the productivity of spraying of the plastic products. The coatings is featured by its good storage stability, low temperature curing, high crosslinking density, high inital hardness and outstanding comprehensive film properties.
