摘要
本文论述了酒精生产中双酶法低温蒸煮糖化的机理及其工艺流程.并与传统的高温蒸煮糖化工艺进行了比较,采用双酶法低温蒸煮糖化工艺可减少糖分损失,提高淀粉出酒率1.1%,节约能源21.1%,产品质量达到国家标准的要求。
This paper discussed two kinds of enzgme method in ZhengZhu -Tanghuateehndogical bocess with low temperature and carried out the analySis of the newnad traditional process. The quelity of the new alcohol conformed to GB.
