羟基磷灰石抗菌剂在涂料中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过共沉淀和离子交换的方法,将钛和锌离子共掺杂在羟基磷灰石上,制备了羟基磷灰石抗菌剂。研究了其与另外3种无机抗菌剂(锌型沸石抗菌剂、银型沸石抗菌剂、氧化钛光催化抗菌剂)在涂料中的应用。结果证明:锌型抗菌涂料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果较差,其余3种类型抗菌涂料具有很好抗菌效果。但是,银型抗菌剂易引起涂料变色,氧化钛光催化抗菌剂在涂料中难分散且易加快涂料老化,而羟基磷灰石抗菌剂既具有良好的抗菌性能,且对涂料性能没有影响。还介绍了羟基磷灰石抗菌剂的抗菌机理。 The hydroxyapatite antimicrobial was prepared via co- coated of Ti and Zn^2+ on hydroxyapatite by use of coprecipitation and ion exchange methods. Application in coatings, compared with the zinc - type zeolite, silver- type zeolite and titania photocatalytic antimicrobials was also studied. Results showed that the zinc - type antibacterial coatings have less effect on E. coli and S. aureus, the silver - type antimicrobial can change color of coatings and the titania photocatalytic antimicrobial is dispersed hardly in coatings and can accelerate the coatings aging, whereas the hydroxyapatite antimicrobial not only has good antibacterial property but also does not harm the coatings properties. And the antibacterial mechanism was also discussed finally.
