Interacting Question-Answer Search and Its Enlightenment to Library Network Consultation

This paper introduces the background and the development condition of the interacting question-answer search, tests and estimates the service function and the quality of interacting question-answer search of three domestic websites by the online investigation and the unobtrusive testing, and analyses their characteristics and problems. Finally, it discusses some enlightenment which the interacting question-answer search brought to the library network consultation, which takes CVRS as a representative.
