614例声门上型喉癌预后电子计算机多因素生存回归分析

An multiple factors life regression analysis on prognosis of 6l4 cases of supraglottic carcinoma

本项研究采用美国ＳＡＳ公司提供的ＳＡＳ统计软件包中ＬＩＦＥＲＥＧ程序，在ＡＳＴ３８６微型电子计算机上对手术治疗的６１４例声门上型喉癌预后进行多因素生存回归分析。以２３项现察指标为自变量，对各项指标给予数字分级，用ｄＢＡＳＥⅢ数据库输入、整理数据。结果筛选出５项影响预后的显著性因素，即临床分期，颈淋巴结处理，肿瘤分化程度，颈淋巴结活动度，肿瘤扩延范围。用各回归参数值建立ＬＩＦＥＲＥＧ数学模型，估计预后。

Abstract The multiple factors life regression analysis was used to study the prognosis in 6l4 pa-tients with supraglottic carcinoma by LIFEREG process of SAS system in AST 386 comput-er,Taking item 23 index as independent variable,figure grading was made to each index.Input with dBASE Ⅲ process. The five factors that mainly affect the prognosis of these pa-tients are:different clinical stages, neck surgical procedures,tumour differentiation degree and invasion side, movable degree of neck lymph nede,The mathen1atical medel of LIFER-EG was established by each regression parameter,in order to evaluate the prognsis of pa-tients with supraglottic carcinoma.
