摘要
为探讨喉癌病人颈淋巴结的抗癌免疫功能，本研究对５０例喉癌病人进行了手术前后免疫功能检测，颈廓清切除的非转移淋巴结免疫组织学观察及淋巴结细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤试验，结果显示：非为癌转移的肿大淋巴结多数为免疫反应增生所致，并具有一定杀伤肿瘤细胞能力，适当保留，可有利于病人的生物学治疗及预后。
Abstract The investigational results of immunofunctions of neck lymphnde in 50 patients of la- ryngeal carcinoma at before and post laryngectomy were reported. The immunohistological changes of non-metastatic lymph node which removed from neck dissection in killing func-tion of lymph node cells to the tumor cells were determined. The results showed a changes of immunoreaction hyperlasia in the enlarge non-metastatic lymph node and which have an ability of killing for tumor cell.It suggested that the nonmetastatic lymph node will be help-full to the biological therapy and prognosis for patient of laryngeal cancer
