摘要
目的探讨一种低温碱溶解试样,测定毛发中的氟预处理的方法。方法分别采用高温碱熔融(A法)和低温碱溶解毛发试样(B法)比较其结果。结果低温碱溶解法经过不同时间精度观测,加标回收试验RSD%分别为4.07%、4.21%、4.47%,加标平均回收率试验为98.52%。B法与A法经比较验证,t检验t=-0.35,p>0.05,差异无显著性。结论低温碱溶解试样是一种简便、快速、准确、易操作的预处理测定毛发试样中氟化物的好方法。
Objective To develop a low - temperatue and alkali - melted method in pre - handling human hair to determine Fluoride. Methods To compare two results in human hair used by high - temperatue and alkali - melted( Method A ) and low - temperatue and alkali - melted ( Method B ). Results According to Mehod B observed by different precision,the variations (CV) were 4.07% , 4.21% , 4.47% respectively and the average recovery was 98.52% , when quantitatively measuring fluoride added in different fluoride samples. Comparing Method A to Method B, two methods had no significant difference( t = - 0. 35, P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Method B was simple ,rapid, accurate and could be applied to pre - handle human hair in determing fluoride.
