细胞信号转导因子——Rab5a的表达与宫颈癌转移相关性的研究

CORRELATION OF METASTASIS OF CERVIX CARCIONMA WITH EXPRESSION OF RAB5A GENE

目的研究Rab5a基因在正常组织和癌组织的表达及Rab5a基因的表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移因素的相关性,初步探讨细胞信号转导因子Rab5a与肿瘤转移的关系。方法选用近几年诊断明确的宫颈癌标本46例;用免疫组化技术检测Rab5a表达。结果Rab5a的表达在正常组织中不表达,而在癌组织中有不同程度的表达(P<0.01)。宫颈癌中Rab5a的表达程度与淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论Rab5a是一个可能与宫颈癌转移相关的基因。

Objective：To investigate the expression of Rab5a in normal tissues and carcinomas; meanswhile to detect the effect of the expression of Rab5a on Cervix Carcinoma and to probe into correlation between the factor of signals transduetion - Rab5a and tumor metastasis, nethod：lmmunohistochemieal techniques was used to study expreston of Rab5a gene in 46 cases of cervix carcinoma and 5case of normal tissues. Results：There had no expression of RabSa in normal tissues but genes differentially expressed in carcinomas（ P 〈0.01 ） ; Rab5a was significantly associated with lymph nodes metastasis in cervix carcinoma. （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;Conclusion： had no The over expression of RabSa correlated with their metastatic potential degree of Cervix Carcinoma. Rab5a was associated with the disease stage of cervix carcinoma.
