摘要
本研究自行设计了一个PCR反应池的模型,并对该反应池和反应样品的温度进行了理论计算,在此基础上进行了温度场动态分布仿真分析,仿真结果与理论计算相吻合,为自行设计的实时PCR仪的研发提供了理论基础。
In this paper, we designed a model of the PCR reaction chamber by ourselves and calculated the temperature of the reaction chamber and the sample. On the basis of the temperature calculation, we simulated and analyzed the temperature field' s dynamic distribution of the reaction system to find that the simulative result and the calculating result match each other. This offers an academic foundation to develop a self-design real-time PCR instrument.
