摘要
目的探讨兔急性肺动脉高压模型的二维超声表现的特征及意义。方法建立血栓栓塞所致兔急性肺动脉高压模型,对不同程度肺动脉高压进行M型及二维超声检测。结果成功建立25只兔急性肺动脉高压模型,M型及二维超声检测结果显示肺动脉舒张末期内径与肺动脉收缩压呈显著正相关(r=0.735,P=0.000),右心室内径与肺动脉收缩压呈显著正相关(P<0.05),左心室内径与肺动脉收缩压呈显著负相关(P<0.05),而RVDD/LVDD比值与肺动脉收缩压呈显著正相关(r=0.869,P<0.000;orr=0.865,P=0.000),与栓塞前对比皆差别显著(P<0.05)。结论PADDRVDD/LVDD比值与肺动脉收缩压呈显著正相关,可能对急性肺动脉高压的早期诊断具有一定临床意义。
Objective:To explore the echocardiographic features and significance of a rabbit model with acute thrombo-embolic pulmonary hypertension (APH) by two-dimensional and M-mode echocardiography. Methods:A rabbit model with APH was established and monitored simultaneously by M-mode and two-dimensional echocardiography. Results:25 rabbit models with APH was successfully established. The two-dimensional and M-mode echocardiographic features of the rabbit models with APH were showed as follows: (1) The pulmonary artery end-diastolic dimension (PADD) was significantly and positively correlation with the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) ( r = 0.753, P = 0.000) ; (2) The right ventricular end-systolic or end-diastolic cavity dimension (RVSD or RVDD) was significantly and positively correlation with the PASP( P 〈 0.05) ; (3) The left ventricular systolic or end-diastolic cavity dimension (LVSD or LVDD) was negatively correlation with the PASP ( P 〈 0.05) ;(4) The RVSD/LVSD or RVDD/LVDD values were significont and positively relative with the PASP ( r = 0.869, P = 0.000, or r = 0.865, P = 0.000) ;(5) Their differences were significant between before and after APH ( P 〈 0.05) .Conclusion:The PADD and the RVSD/LVSD or RVDD/LVDD values were significantly and positively relative with the PASP, which maybe play an important role on the early diagnosis of APH.
