摘要
珠江口盆地珠海组是指“T6＇”至“T7”地震反射层之间的地质体，它在北部坳陷带是一套海陆过渡相沉积层，在南部坳陷带出现了海相层。据南部坳陷带钻井（岩屑）微体古生物分析，珠海组包含了整个浮游有孔虫N4带。层序地层分析表明，珠海组呈现为一个沉积旋回，相当于Haq等的“TB1．4”和“TB1．5”两个三级层序，年龄为21．0～25．5Ma，可与欧洲层型剖面阿启坦阶（年龄为20．0～25．2Ma）对比，时代应归属于中新世早期。
Zhuhai Formation in Pearl River Mouth basin is a set of sediments between seismic reflector ＂T6＇＂ and ＂T7＇ ＂, with a sequence of marine-continent transitional facies in the northern depression zone and a sequence of marine facies in the southern depression zone. Based on an analysis of microfossils from the wells in the southern depression zone, it is found that Zhuhai Formation includes the whole planktonic foraminiferal zone N4. An analysis of sequence stratigraphy has indicated a depositional cycle in Zhuhai Formation, corresponding to Haq et al. ＇s 3rd-order sequence TB1. 4 and TB1.5. It is 21. 0425.5 Ma in age and can completely correlate to European Aquitanian （20.0 425.2 Ma）, i.e. early Miocene.
