HCMV感染与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨HCMV感染与冠心病的关系。方法用ELISA法检测健康对照组和冠心病病人组巨细胞病毒抗CMV-IgM抗体。结果在231例病人标本中,巨细胞病毒的抗体阳性为95例(41.1%);在对照组中,365例健康查体者巨细胞病毒阳性84例(23.0%)。两组相比较有极显著性差异(χ2值为22.08,P<0.0001)。急性心肌梗死组病人同心绞痛组和隐匿性冠心病组病人相比巨细胞病毒感染阳性率有显著性差异(χ2值分别为4.04,P<0.05和6.21,P<0.025)。结论冠心病病人有较高的HCMV感染率,HCMV感染启动和参与了动脉粥样硬化(AS),是致AS的重要因素,HCMV感染可能是AS的一个独立的危险因子。
