犬去内皮异体小血管移植的超微结构观察

Observation of Ultrastructure of Allogenetic Femoral Artery with Endothelium Removed in Dog

摘要 目的扫描及透射电镜下观察犬去内皮异体血管移植后不同时期的异体血管表面内膜层的超微结构变化。方法用去内皮、经冷冻干燥处理的异体血管桥端端吻合于犬股动脉,在植入后1、2、4、8、12、16及20周采集标本,作扫描、透射电镜观察。结果术后1周异体血管表面形成一层光滑的纤维素膜;术后2周异体血管吻合口处有梭形细胞出现;术后12周梭形或椭圆形细胞基本覆盖异体血管表面,内膜层形成;12~20周内皮下有少量增生平滑肌细胞和胶原纤维,但不明显。结论异体血管具有良好的组织相容性,内皮细胞可以覆盖异体血管表面,且短期内不会引起明显的内膜增生。 Objective To observe the ultrastructure of theca interna of the de-endothelium allogenetic blood vessels in dogs by transmission and scanning electron microscope at different phases. Methods The endothelium of the allogenetic blood vessels were first removed and cryodensiccated, and were then end to end anastomosed to canine femoral artery. Samples were collected and observed with scanning and transmission electron microscope on the first, second, fourth, eighth, twelfth, sixteenth, and twentieth week after transplantation, respectively. Results A layer of cellulose membrane was formed on the surface of allogenetic blood vessels one week after transplantation; Fusiform cells were observed at the anastomotic stoma of the allogenetic blood vessels two weeks after transplantation, and theca interna, which was covered by fusiform cells and elliptical erythrocytes, was formed twelve weeks later; Slightly hyperplastic smooth muscle cells and collagenous fibers were observed under the endothelium twelve to twenty weeks after transplantation. Conclusion The endothelium cells could cover the surface of the allogenetic blood vessels without remarkable hyperplasia of intima during a short period of time, which may suggest the satisfactory histocompatibility of canine allogenetic blood vessels.
