神经纤维瘤病（Ⅰ型）超声表现2例被引量：2

摘要患者1，女，34岁，育有一子。患者早年即发现全身皮肤有散在的咖啡色斑，下半身躯干及四肢皮肤分布较多，表面平整，界限清楚，色斑随年龄面增大，腹部以下尤为明显，并伴随臂部及双下肢增大增粗10作年，近8年来臂部及双腿增粗明显，负重增加，直到无法抬腿，行动受限。家族中以往未发现类似病情的家庭成员。
