Effects of early total enteral nutrition on cellular immune function in postoperative mouse with partial colectomy

摘要 目的:研究早期全量肠内营养对结肠切除大鼠术后T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分成三组,即正常对照组(未手术全量肠内营养组);术后全量肠内营养组;术后半量肠内营养组。分别于术后第4、11天取静脉血,用流式细胞仪测定T细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+的变化。结果:术后第4天,手术组CD4+淋巴细胞较正常对照组明显下降;其中半量营养组更明显;术后第11天,全量组升高,与正常对照组比较无显著差异,半量组下降,与全量组及正常对照组比较有显著差异;各组与第4天比较均有显著差异。术后第4天,CD8+淋巴细胞手术组与正常对照组间有显著差异,全量组与半量组间无差异;术后第11天各组均有回升,组间无差异。术后第4天,CD4+/CD8+比值全量组与正常对照组比无显著差异,与半量组比有显著差异;术后第11天,全量组与正常对照组比亦无显著差异,与半量组比有显著差异,与第4天比,全量组明显升高,半量组明显降低。结论:部分结肠切除大鼠术后早期给予全量肠内营养对其细胞免疫功能影响较小,有利于大鼠免疫功能的恢复。 Objective:To study the effects of TEN on cellular immune function in mouse after partial colectomy. Methods :30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. 2 groups with partial colectomy were fed with TEN (TEN group,n = 10) and 1/2EN (50% EN group,n = 10). Another group without operation was fed with TEN ( control group, n = 10). CD4^+ and CD8^+ were measured 4 days and 11 days after respectively. Results: CD4^+ in the 2 groups with operation decreased 4 days later significantly(P 〈0.05), but CD4^+ in TEN group increased after 11 days. CD4^+ in 50%EN group continued decreasing significantly. Significant difference was found between control group and TEN group in CD8^+. Conclusion : Early total enteral nutrition has less effect on cellular immune function in postoperative mouse with partial colectomy.
