摘要
目的:尝试解决食管破裂术后病人的营养不良问题,使病人得以顺利康复。方法:本组病人通过术中留置鼻肠管给予肠内营养(谷氨酰胺(生长激素,术后肠内营养直至病人可以正常进食。测得术前、术后第1、5、8和12天外周血转铁蛋白、前清蛋白、清蛋白含量,结果采用组内比较。结果:27例病人全部康复出院,无一例死亡。转铁蛋白、前清蛋白和清蛋白均于术后第1天明显下降(P<0.05),术后第5天恢复至术前水平。转铁蛋白和前清蛋白于术后第8天开始明显优于术前水平(P<0.05)。结论:食管破裂病人给予肠内营养支持治疗能降低手术风险,术后恢复顺利。
Objective:Enteral nutrition was used to correct the malnutrition in the patients suffered from esophageal rupture postoperatively. Methods:The naso intestinal tube was placed during operation and the enteral nutrition was used postoperatively. The albumin, prealbumin and transferrin were measured before and dayl, 5, 8 and 12 after operation. Results : All 27 patients were discharged with no death. Albumin, prealbumin and transferrin decreased on the 1^st day postoperatively and reached the preoperative level on the fifth postoperativeday. Conclusion:Enteral nutrition plays an important role in the postoperative treatment for esophageal rupture.
