摘要 研究拟黑多刺蚁Polyrhachis vicina Roger提取液的缓解体力疲劳作用。采用清洁级雄性昆明种小鼠,拟黑多刺蚁水和乙醇双重提取液按8.3mL/kg.bw,16.7mL/kg.bw,25.0mL/kg.bw连续灌胃30d,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝糖原含量。结果:3个实验组及乙醇对照组小鼠负重游泳时间均显著长于蒸馏水对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);8.3mL/kg.bw剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间显著长于乙醇对照组(P<0.01)。8.3mL/kg.bw剂量组小鼠3个时点血乳酸曲线下面积显著低于蒸馏水对照组和乙醇对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),16.7mL/kg.bw剂量组小鼠3个时点血乳酸曲线下面积明显低于蒸馏水对照组(P<0.01)。乙醇对照组及拟黑多刺蚁提取液3个剂量组小鼠血清尿素氮含量均显著低于蒸馏水对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),16.7mL/kg.bw剂量组小鼠血清尿素氮含量低于乙醇对照组(P<0.05)。拟黑多刺蚁提取液具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。 The alleviative effect of Polyrhachis vicina Roger extract on physical fatigue in mice was studied. Method The raw sample of P. vicina was extracted with distilled water and ethanol subsequently. Male Kunming mice were divided into four groups: distilled water control, ethanol control and three experimental groups in which the doses of P. vicina extract were 8.3, 16.7 and 25.0 mL/kg·bw respectively. After orally administered for 30 days, loaded swimming time, blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen and glycogen in liver were determined. The loaded swimming times of mice in the three experimental groups and the ethanol control group were significantly longer than that in the group of distilled water control ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the loaded swimming time in the group of 8.3 mL/kg·bw was significantly longer than that in the group of ethanol control ( P 〈 0.01 ). The area under the blood lactic acid curve of before, 0minute and 20 minutes after swimming in the group of 8.3 mL/kg·bw was significantly smaller than those in the groups of distilled water and ethanol control (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). The area under the blood lactic acid curve in the group of 16.7 mL/kg·bw was significantly smaller than that in the group of distilled water control (P 〈 0.05). The serum urea nitrogen contents of mice in the three experimental groups and the ethanol control group were significantly lower than that in the group of distilled water control ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the serum urea nitrogen content in the group of 16.7 mL/kg·bw was significantly lower than that in the group of ethanol control ( P 〈 0.05). The extract of P. vicina can alleviate physical fatigue in mice.
