CT and MRI Diagnosis of Cerebral Ganglioglioma

目的:分析脑节细胞胶质瘤的CT和MRI表现,探讨其CT、MRI特点。材料和方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的12例脑节细胞胶质瘤的MRI表现和6例CT表现。结果:幕上10例和幕下2例。CT平扫肿瘤呈等、低密度,伴高密度钙化3例。T1WI呈等、低信号,4级节细胞胶质瘤1例呈高低混杂信号;T2WI呈高信号或伴等、低信号区。增强扫描1级节细胞胶质瘤无增强2例;2～4级节细胞胶质瘤轻度斑片状增强3例,显著不均匀增强7例。结论:脑节细胞胶质瘤有一些MRI和CT表现特点,结合临床大多数病例可诊断。

Purpose： To analyze the CT and MRI features in 12 cases with cerebral gangliogliomas, and improve their diagnosis. Materials and Methods： The findings on CT （6 cases） and MRI （ 12 cases） with cerebral gangliogliomas were analyzed, retrospectively. Results： Ten tumors were supratentorial ,and two ,infratentorial. On CT, the tumors had iso-or hypodensity with calcification in 3 cases. On T1WI , the tumors had isoor hypointensity , but mixed signal intensity in one case with grade IV cerebral ganglioglioma. On T2WI, they were hyperintense or heterointense. On the post-contrasted, there were no enhancement in two cases with grade Ⅰ cerebral ganglioglioma , but of 10 cases with Grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ cerebral ganglioglioma, three had slightly patchy enhancement and seven had marked heterogenous enhancement. Conclusion： Cerebral gangalioglioma has some CT and MRI characteristic features, and the most of cases can be diagnosed on CT or MRI combined with clinical data.
