肝细胞肝癌超声造影与血管生成的关系 被引量:19

Contrast Ultrasonography and Angiogenesis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Comparative Study

摘要 目的:探讨肝细胞肝癌超声造影峰值强度与血管生成的相关性。材料和方法:采用对比脉冲序列技术及ACQ定量分析软件,对42例肝细胞肝癌患者共50个病灶进行超声造影检查并记录超声造影的峰值强度;免疫组织化学方法分析肝细胞肝癌组织中微血管密度(MVD),比较超声造影峰值强度与MVD之间的相关性。结果:肝细胞肝癌及癌旁组织超声造影峰值强度平均为135.19±28.16dB及72.91±19.22dB;MVD值平均为43.44±12.22及17.14±9.18,肝细胞肝癌组造影峰值强度及MVD值均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),肝细胞肝癌造影峰值强度与MVD之间呈显著正相关(r=0.886)。结论:肝细胞肝癌超声造影峰值强度可作为肿瘤内的血管生成评估指标。 Purpose: In order to assess the angiogenesis of bepatocellular carcinoma, the peak intensity in contrast ultrasonography of the lesions was compared with the findings of immunohistocbemistry. Materials and Methods: Contrast ultrasonography was undertaken in 50 bepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) and ACQ software was used to analyze the peak intensity. Immunohistochemistry of the lesions was performed to measure their mierovessel density (MVD). Then the relationship between the contrast ultrasound peak intensity and the MVD was analyzed. Results: The mean peak intensities of HCC and pericancerous tissues were 135.19 ±28.16dB and 72.91 ± 19.22dB, respectively. The mean MVDs of HCC and pericancerous tissues were 25.2 ± 6.9 and 10.8 ±4.1, respectively. The mean peak intensity and MVD of HCC were significantly higher than those of pericancerous tissues. The mean peak intensity was significantly correlated to the level of MVD in HCC. Conclusion: The peak intensity in contrast ultrasonography could be a potential indicator of angiogenesis of HCC.
