超声引导下直肠法与会阴法精囊穿刺的对比分析

Comparison of Transrectal and Transperineal Punctures of Seminal Vesicles under the Guidance of Transrectal Ultrasound

目的:探讨超声引导下经直肠与经会阴精囊穿刺的准确性和安全性。材料和方法:在超声引导下对86个精囊行直肠法穿刺,53个精囊行会阴法穿刺。结果:两组均无并发症发生。直肠法穿刺成功率100％,会阴法穿刺成功率90．57％(48／53),两组比较差异显著(0．01<P≤0．05)。结论:直肠法与会阴法精囊穿刺均安全,但直肠法因不需麻醉、进针径路短、穿刺成功率高而更具优势。

Purpose： The accuracy and the safety of seminal vesicle punctures by transrectal and transperineal means under the guidance of ultrasound were compared. Materials and Methods： 86 seminal vesicles were punctured by transrectal means and 53 by transperineal means under the guidance of transrectal ultrasound. Results： All transrectal puncture was successful, and transperineal puncture succeed in 48/53 cases （90.57%）. Conclusion： Both puncture procedures were safe,harmless and practical, with the transrectal means being superior because of no anesthesia needed, shorter duration and higher success rate.
