摘要
报告６例鼻窦骨化纤维瘤。４例行鼻侧切开术，１例行扩大鼻侧切开术，１例行鼻内窥镜手术，获得了良好的效果。本文分析研究鼻窦骨化纤维瘤的鼻窦ＣＴ及病理特点，总结探讨该病手术治疗方法，即根据病变范围的不同选择不同类型手术。
Abstract From 1985 to 1994,6 cases of ossifying fibroma of the paranasal sinuses were treatd in our hospital. According to the size and location of the tumor,different surgical techniques were used,including lateral rhinotomy(4 cases),extended lateral rhinotomy(1 case),and endoscopic sinus surgery(1 case).After operation,all 6 patients were followed-up for 1～10 years,and satisfactory results were obtained.CT,pathology and the method of treatment were discussed in detail.
