摘要 观察110具成人尸头标本蝶窦气化类型及蝶窦同毗邻结构的关系,根据左右两侧蝶窦气化程度是否相同将蝶窦分为二类,发现相同类蝶窦占41.8%,不同类蝶窦占58.2%,相同类蝶窦进一步再分为6型,而不同类蝶窦则根据两侧蝶窦气化程度的组合分为15型。文中分析了此种分型法在蝶窦及蝶鞍区手术时的意义,以及蝶窦的气化类型同毗邻结构间的解剖变异关系。 Abstract SPhenoid sinuses of 110 cadaver heads were studies.The pneumatization of spbenod si-nus and its relation to adjacent structures were observed.According to the degree of pneuma-tization in both sides,the sphenoid sinuses were divided into 2 classes.The identical class was41.8%,and non-identical clasxwLqs 58.2%.The identical classe could be further divided into 6types,and the non-identical classes could be subdivided into 1 5 types,according to the pneumatization of the two sides of the sphenoid sinus. The clinical significance of sphenoid si-nus classification in sphenoid sinus and intrasellar surgery was emphasized.The relationship between sphenoid sinus pneumatization and adjacent structures was discussed
