摘要
报告应用下蒂瓣技术行乳房缩小术17例。作者提出了新乳晕的设计和乳房切口线设计的角度的改良,并对不带真皮的脂肪腺体蒂技术作了尝试。
This article reports the breast reduction with inferior pedicle technique in 17 patients.The new technique to disign a new areola and the angle sise of incision are discussed.The author also trays to use the technique of inferior glaudular pedicle for breast reduction in these patients and has a good results.
