Starting from the discussion of the public address and special address, this paper introduces the necessity of using NAT, demonstrating the working principle of NAT and its installation method in Win2000 server. It focuses on the discussion of how to make all hosts of one special network share one public IP to enter Internet for communication by means of NAT installed in Win2000 Server and how to make one host of public network visit one host of special network.
