传统的方格网法主要运用于工程量计算方面。我校在新校区建设中,充分挖掘了方格网法在大型土石方工程中的作用,将方格网法运用于土石方工程的“进度、质量、投资”三大控制工作中,取得了较好的管理和经济效益。

Traditionally, grid is mainly used for engineering calculation. This paper explores the application of grid method in the large earthwork with our new campus construction as example, which uses grid to control ＂progress ,quality ,cost＂ and obtains good manage- ment and economic benefits.
