近几年,新余四中在开发校本课程、加强校本研究、构建一种长效机制、建设“科研型高中”方面,进行了积极的实践探索,形成了一些认识和思路,开设和开发了一系列校本课程,取得了较好的成绩。在搞好对校本研究的领导和管理中注意做到了以下几点:1.处理好几种关系;2.宏观把握,精细安排,制定好校本研究的五年规划及年度计划;3.加强培训,建章立制,提倡合作,鼓励创新。
