电缆生产线的重点是控制直流电机的转速,使电线的张力恒定并接近为零,防止裸铜线被拉断或太松驰系统在联运控制状态下,开卷机、挤塑机、牵引机和卷取机的运行速度能够根据生产工艺要求进行自动调整,以达到张力很小并恒定,从而稳定生产的目的。
The key of cable product line is to control the rotate speed of DC motor, to make the tension constant and approach zero, to avoid the naked copper line being snapped or loosen. Under the through traffic control, the speed of unwinder, extruder, tractor and toiler could be automatic adjusted with the production technical requirement, thus fulfill the little and constant tension as well as the purpose of stable production.
